• Join Upromise HERE 
• Register your loyalty cards for:  CVS, Food Lion, Kroger, Martin's and Rite Aid
• Each month, load e-coupons to your account (I recommend loading all at the beginning of the month to avoid having to keep visiting the site when you plan your weekly shopping.)
• Additional loyalty cards can be added to your account (grandparents, etc.)
• Credit cards can also be added to take advantage of restaurant deals.  (Only suggested if you pay these off each and every month.)

Keep your expectations for this program low.  Your earnings won't cover your child's tuition payment, but every little bit helps!
